The fetal anomaly scan is usually undertaken between 20-23 weeks of your pregnancy. This is the main scan of the baby to assess for major birth defects (congenital abnormalities). It involves a careful assessment of all the baby's organs and extremities. A full scan report and some pictures will be provided
