The Portland Hospital is located just around the corner from Gt. Portland Street underground station. There is limited street parking nearby but there is an NCP car park in Carburton Street.
Hospital & Out-Patient Facilities
The out-patient consulting rooms are spread over 3 sites:
-Ground floor in the main hospital
-Consulting Suites across the road at 212-214 & 234 Gt.Portland Street
The newly refurbished Maternal & Fetal Well-being unit is located at 212-214 Gt Portland St.
A comprehensive range of complementary therapies and pregnancy support classes are also available
In-Patient facilities
The Portland Hospital is the biggest private maternity unit within the UK. The delivery suite has 5 delivery suites and there are 3 ensuite bedrooms split over 2 floors (21 single rooms, 3 double bedded rooms, 2 deluxe rooms and 4 suites).Two nurseries are also available as well as a special care unit equipped to look after premature babies from 32 weeks.Finally the delivery suite is also supported by an adult high dependency care unit for high risk cases.
